About us

Alt-à-Vie maintains an equipped office in Nicosia, Cyprus. Currently the office speaks English, Greek, Russian and French.

Alt-à-Vie has been set up by Anastassia Proclova who has been living in Cyprus for over 10 years and has acquired diverse knowledge in customer service and corporate support areas while working for various international and local companies on the island. Please refer to Anastassia’s CV to access her skills and abilities.

We offer an on-site assistance for any Cyprus related projects or Cyprus based clients when services can be delivered in person either in clients’ offices or from the office of Alt-à-Vie.

Assistance to other locations is supported by telephone/fax, electronic means of communication and date delivery.

Alt-à-Vie can assist both with an occasional one-time project or create a framework for a long -term (local or remote) support for designated tasks.

Our fees are industry-competitive ands start at per hour billed at 30 min increments. The hourly rate may vary depending on the services required. Beneficial discounted rates are offered on monthly or longer retainer packages.
